How can I reactivate my membership?

Did your recent renewal payment fail?

When you're ready to reactivate your account, you can update your payment information by paying your most recent invoice:

  1. Log in to My Account and visit My Orders
  2. Click "Pay" next to your Pending order. Your payment information will be saved for future renewals.


Did you previously cancel your membership?

Enrollment is currently closed, so we can't accept any new orders at this time. Please be sure to Get on the Wait List and you'll get access to priority enrollment when the doors open again (usually a few times a year).
