Can I put my membership on hold / how can I reactivate it?

Yes! Puting your membership On Hold is a great option if you won't be able to do activities for a little while, but also don't want to wait until the next public enrollment to join again.

While your membership is On Hold:

  • You will not have access to the member area
  • You will not be billed again until you reactivate your membership
  • Whatever time you have left in your membership right now (ex: 10 days) will be resumed when you reactivate your account later.
  • You may still receive some member-related emails during this time

Reactivating your membership that is On Hold

You can reactivate your membership at any time inside your account.

To reactivate your account:

  1. Log into your account and view My Subscriptions
  2. Click on your On Hold subscription
  3. Click Reactivate
