How can I update my billing information?

Members with a recurring subscription can update billing information using these steps. 

What is the status of your account right now?

My membership is currently active and paid.

  1. Log into your account and view My Subscriptions
  2. Click "View" next to your subscription
  3. At the bottom, click "Change Payment"
  4. Submit your new card information

My membership is currently inactive.

Having trouble getting into your membership? Follow the steps below to make a payment and save your new billing information. Your account will be instantly reactivated.

  1. Log into your account and view My Orders
  2. Click "Pay" next to your Pending order.
  3. Selecting the option to Add a New Payment Method
  4. Submit payment, and your billing information will be saved for future subscription renewals.
