Members with a recurring subscription can update billing information using these steps.
What is the status of your account right now?
My membership is currently active and paid.
- Log into your account and view My Subscriptions
- Click "View" next to your subscription
- At the bottom, click "Change Payment"
- Submit your new card information
My membership is currently inactive.
Having trouble getting into your membership? Follow the steps below to make a payment and save your new billing information. Your account will be instantly reactivated.
- Log into your account and view My Orders
- Click "Pay" next to your Pending order.
- Selecting the option to Add a New Payment Method
- Submit payment, and your billing information will be saved for future subscription renewals.
