I've tried. When we do activities they don't turn out like this.

You are in the right place! 

We totally get that and aren't about creating the Pinterest-worthy crafts and experiences -- we want you to enjoy the moment however it ends up without the stress of it being perfect (or even happening at all for that matter -- because they don't always happen).

That said, nobody's ever looks like they do in the pretty pictures. Those pictures are taken with hundreds of others that don't look picture-perfect. Life is imperfect, and that's just perfect!
